Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly
work was great , very proffesional , re pricing it was not clear that the quote was less VAT , I am fortunate enough where it was within my Budget but had it not been the case and I saw the end bill after the work was done it could have been a problem
Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Jake/E9321 Engineer attended quickly. Polite and friendly. Happy to provide solutions and advice. Left all areas clean and tidy. Really good to have a tv that works properly. Not keen on the automated service, would much rather a human being to speak to but thats the way things are going unfortunately
I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. The lady who phoned with the quote was just as pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.

Excellent experience, the service was efficient, with confirmation sent after every communication, which was clear and very helpful. The person attending to undertake the repair was polite, clear and also very helpful. Great service and would be happy to recommend and use again.
Engineer turned up early, quickly assessed the problem and gave 2 solutions. The job was done quickly and cleanly.

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.
Lovely man fixed the problem/problems took him longer as he had to keep testing different parts made sure everything was working correctly before leaving would recommend without a doubt
The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
